Disturbing the Comfortable
This spring I have participated in the creation of a student documentary film titled “Disturbing the Comfortable”. Yesterday it has been presented during the 7th annual film screening which is part of the Griffith College Creative Show 2016. The film’s purpose is to introduce the viewer to Irish street art that has considerably evolved from vandalism to being a widely admired global art movement.
“Street art now serves as a tool of social and political commentary outside of the wall of art galleries”. [Artist statement extract.]
I would like to thank my teammates and everyone who contributed to this project. Special thanks to Soaring Man for providing the music.
